Shaun Williams

Founder & CEO

Shaun founded, what today is known as, DGTLsuite in 2015 as a corporate venture of Y&L Consulting, San Antonio’s oldest and largest IT solutions provider,. Shaun is a serial entrepreneur with almost 30 year of business technology experience and a proven history of past startup successes.​

Chief Customer Officer

Alex joined the team in 2017 bringing with her over 12 years of marketing and communications experience.  Prior to joining the team, she worked for AT&T, Whataburger, and was the Public Information Officer for The City of San Antonio.  At DGTLsuite, Alex owns customer relationships, experience, and retention.​

Chief Operations Officer

Joe joined the team in 2016 bringing with him over 25 years of experience and played a key role establishing Citibank’s first digital support channel.  Joe is charged with the continuous improvement of people and process operations to enable efficiency at scale.

Clayton thomas

Chief Revenue Officer

Clayton joined the team in 2021 bringing with him over 12 years of experience in entrepreneurship and commercial real estate.  Prior to joining the team, he founded, and ran, his own commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX.  At DGTLsuite, Clayton is responsible for revenue growth and operations.

bryce boesen

Head of Platform Architecture

Bryce joined the team in 2017 and has over 8 years of experience in software engineering, design, and development.  Bryce has played a key role in the creation of the overall MEAN stack architecture and is responsible for the overall platform architecture for DGTLsuite.

peter cassetta

Head of Platform Development

Peter joined the team in 2017 and has over 5 years of experience in software and web application development.  Peter is a expert in Google Cloud Platform implementations with the Google Kubernetes Engine and has overall responsibility for all development activities on the DGTLsuite Platform.

 

Tristan thielemann

Head of Platform Operations

Tristan joined the team in 2018 and has over 5 years of experience in software engineering with large-scale data-centric applications.  Tristan is responsible for DGTLsuite’s Analyze application as well as overall responsibility for DevOps and security on the DGTLsuite Platform.

Ashley lachterman

VP – DGTL Agency

Ashley joined the team in 2019 bringing with her over 5 years of creative experience and a host of entrepreneurial activities, including her thriving food and fashion blogs. At DGTLsuite, Ashley is responsible for leading DGTL Agency, our unique turn-key managed service specifically designed for the small business market.
